I have lived here since December 2015 and I will have to say it is a pretty nice place to live. The office and maintenance staff have been nothing but kind to me.

The apartment staff are wonderful they really care about their residents and have been trying their best at what they do. Maintenance is awesome comes quick to repair things.

I enjoyed living here. The maintenance team did great. They showed up in timely fashion and fixed the issues I had!!! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and conveniently located near my job. Management was very nice and hospitable. My apartment was very spacious and worth the amount of rent i paid due to the location of shopping and car repair shops, as well as gas stations.

Great Community! Ive lived here four years now, at first things were quite rocky. The apartment needed repairs. Staff was not quite professional or competent. Maintenance was a blend of incapable and unwilling. But Ive been watching the transformation and the Addison is now my proud home. With my new apartment, the increases in rent seems reasonable.
