Gas is included in your rent. Residents are responsible for electricity costs, which are based on personal usage, as well as internet and cable fees.
The security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
We require a non-refundable $35.00 application fee per applicant and a
$100.00 reservation fee. The $100.00 reservation fee will be applied to your costs at move-in.
Yes, our community is exceptionally pet friendly! Both cats and dogs are
welcome to call Addison on Main home, with a two pet per household maximum. A $300 refundable
pet deposit for the first pet, and a $200.00 refundable deposit for the 2nd pet is required. Pet
rent runs $20.00 a month, per pet. No weight restrictions, certain breed restrictions apply.
The Addison on Main Apartments is located within the Penn Harris Madison
School Corporation. Nearby schools include: Walt Disney Elementary, Schmucker Middle School and
Penn High School.
Residents of Addison on Main are welcome to pay with the Resident App, Text-to-Pay, Walk in Payment Services (WIPS), Resident Portal and ACH Debit.
Our lot parking spaces are first come, first serve. We kindly ask that all
guests park in the overflow parking areas so that our residents have easy access to their homes.
We do require renters insurance and offer a plan through Assurant that is
$14.50 a month, or you can bring your own insurance. Your renters insurance policy should have
$100,000 of liability coverage and $10,000 personal liability.
Residents can report maintenance issues easily by using the online Resident
Services Portal, calling the office, or emailing the office. For after-hours emergency
maintenance, please call (833) 659-8884.
We do offer washer and dryer connections in select apartment homes. For
homes without connections, you may take advantage of our laundry care center that is accessible
24-hours a day, every day of the week.
